Crafted from organic unbleached wheat flour, spring water, sourdough starter, and sea salt, each loaf is naturally leavened and slowly fermented for deep flavor, easier digestion, and a rustic, golden crust.

At the heart of my bakery is Demeter, the ancient goddess of the harvest. Her spirit lives in every loaf I bake — honoring the land, the farmers, and the sacred ritual of sharing food made with intention. This bread is a return to simplicity, to seasonal rhythms, and to the kind of nourishment that feeds body and soul. 

Born of earth, fire, and patience — this loaf carries the wisdom of the harvest.
